The above rates are per person per night based on two persons sharing a room and include full Scottish Cooked Breakfast. Single occupancy of Twin/Double Room - rate available upon request. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and/or shower. Telephone, Satellite T.V., Tea/Coffee making facilities, Hairfryer and toiletries.

Dinner Bed & Breakfast - For a stay of 3 Nights or more please add a supplement of £22.00 per person.  Dinner is taken in The Restaurant in our award winning restaurant from the full A la Carte menu.

FAMILIES WELCOME
Children under 12 years of age are accommodated free of charge when sharing a room with 2 adults. Any meals incl. breakfast, will be charged as taken. We offer child listening facilities.

DISCOUNTED RATES
Certain rates as shown above may be subject to a discount, dependant on number in party or length of stay.

DEPOSIT
When you contact us to make a reservation, you will be asked to forward a deposit of £50.00 per person. This deposit can be payable either by forwarding a cheque or by credit card from which the deposit will deducted. Should cancellation occur the deposit may be non-refundable.

TRANSPORT
We can arrange a personal taxi service from Edinburgh (1 hour drive) or Glasgow Airport (1hr 45 drive) at a most competitive rate. Taxis are available to meet your train at Leuchars Station.
